With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne and a Master in Marketing & Creativity from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris, I believe in applying the excellence of premium hospitality to the advertising industry.
My favorite quote is “We are Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen” from the co-founder of Ritz Carlton. That is, we seek to engage in partnerships with our clients, based on mutual appreciation and respect, while they can rest assured on our capabilities to understand and anticipate their needs.
After having worked in Hospitality for LVMH Hotel Group and Hilton and in PR for brands such as Montblanc, Cartier and Net-a-Porter, within Richemont Group, and having lived in London, Paris, Lausanne and Courchevel, I decided to come back to Romania. I continued my career at McCann PR and Golin, working for clients such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Engie, NEPI group, Mercedes and many more.
Even though I was only 27 years old when I founded Line Agency, I knew I had the international expertise and experience to make a change within the industry, both from a services and company culture perspective. Within only 3 years we managed to increase Line’s turnover by 20 times and to grow from a digital to a full service agency.
I believe creativity is not enough. Most creatives come up with good ideas. But the difference is made by those who also know how to make their ideas happen. I know what works and what doesn’t. Be sure I have already challenged an idea on almost every aspect before I pitch it to you.
I am an awarded Creative Director with 17 years expertise in advertising, earned in two of the biggest network agencies in Romania: Mullen Lowe & Golin (both part of Interpublic Group). I bred my creative skills and refined my multidisciplinary vision in masterclasses at Cannes Lions, Berlin, Belgrade and London.
Started in PR and communication, continued in ATL as Creative Director and then, Creative Integration Director, mixing strategic vision, planning skills and interdisciplinary creativity in order to develop and implement complex cross channel campaigns that brought together concept generation & development, PR, digital, interactive & BTL layers.
Worked on briefs in almost any business field, for brands like: BancPost, Beck’s, Bucegi, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola, Ferrero, Gothaer, GSK, Habitat for Humanity, Johnson&Johnson, KFC (Sphera Group), LIDL, L’Oreal, Mastercard, Mega Image, Mercedes-Benz, Orange, The Romanian Red Cross, The European Parliament, Tocmai.ro, Staropramen, Stella Artois, Tuborg, Unilever, Unicef, ZIZIN.
My work has been rewarded with over 40 awards in both local and international festivals (Effie, IPRA Awards, Internetics, Romanian PR Award, ADC RO, Sabre Awards, Webstock).
I joined Line Agency for the challenge of helping shape a new age type of creative practice.
